We are committed to protecting intellectual property rights and will:
- Remove or disable access to any content that we believe in good faith infringes on third-party intellectual property rights upon receiving a valid notice.
- Terminate services for accounts that repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.
If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please submit a complaint containing the following details:
- Identification of the copyrighted work or intellectual property that has been infringed, including the registration number(s), if applicable.
- Description of the infringing content, including how it improperly uses your copyrighted work or intellectual property, and its specific location on the website.
- Your contact information (full name, mailing address, phone number, email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your complaint is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Once we receive a valid infringement notice, we will review the claim and may remove the infringing content.
PROCEDURE TO SUBMIT A COUNTER-NOTICE IF CONTENT WAS REMOVED IN ERROR
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, or that you have the legal right to use the content, you may submit a counter-notice including:
- Identification of the content that was removed or disabled, including its previous location on the website.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to an error or misidentification.
- Your contact information (full name, mailing address, phone number, email).
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may notify the original complaining party and restore the removed content within 10-14 business days unless the rights owner files a court action.
Note: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly submits false information may be held liable for damages, including attorney fees.
