PROCEDURE FOR REPORTING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT

We are committed to protecting intellectual property rights and will:

  1. Remove or disable access to any content that we believe in good faith infringes on third-party intellectual property rights upon receiving a valid notice.
  2. Terminate services for accounts that repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.

If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please submit a complaint containing the following details:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work or intellectual property that has been infringed, including the registration number(s), if applicable.
  2. Description of the infringing content, including how it improperly uses your copyrighted work or intellectual property, and its specific location on the website.
  3. Your contact information (full name, mailing address, phone number, email).
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your complaint is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
  6. Your electronic or physical signature.

Once we receive a valid infringement notice, we will review the claim and may remove the infringing content.

PROCEDURE TO SUBMIT A COUNTER-NOTICE IF CONTENT WAS REMOVED IN ERROR

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, or that you have the legal right to use the content, you may submit a counter-notice including:

  1. Identification of the content that was removed or disabled, including its previous location on the website.
  2. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to an error or misidentification.
  3. Your contact information (full name, mailing address, phone number, email).
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
  5. Your electronic or physical signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may notify the original complaining party and restore the removed content within 10-14 business days unless the rights owner files a court action.

Note: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly submits false information may be held liable for damages, including attorney fees.
